What Happens During and Assessment?

We spend at least one full day sitting down with each manager and talking about how things work today.

We ask a lot of questions.

We walk around the dealership to see it through the eyes of a customer.

The dealer observes this entire process.

Immediately afterward, we write a report that assesses what we’ve observed and makes recommendations.

The next day, we share our recommendationswith the dealer and give him a copy of the report.

What Do You Get From the Assessment?
