Best PracticesThere are lots of different ways of doing the hundreds of things that happen in a dealership. Some of those work a lot better than others. We call those Best Practices. If you sign up for free best practices, we send you, once a month, one best practice that can help you make more money in your dealership. If you subscribe to our Best Practice service, you receive weekly e-mails aimed at each dealer department, plus access to our archive of Best Practices and the forum for discussing them, including "ask the expert" feedback. Each best practice starts by stating the problem it addresses, then briefly describes the practice and lays out the steps for implementing it. Depending on the practice, there may be attachments that include detailed descriptions, pictures, videos, or supporting materials and tools. Check out some sample Best Practices:
